Independent procurement coordination
Centrifugal Pump Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for centrifugal pump inquiries. We restack buyer duty data so more than one manufacturer can answer the same rows. We do not operate a pump foundry, keep warehouse inventory, or present supplier certificates as our own credentials. Manufacturing feasibility, installation quality and hydraulic acceptance remain with the named supplier and the buyer’s plant team.
Our role is to restate the buyer’s simultaneous flow-head duty, fluid properties, quantity and destination into a brief that factories can quote on the same envelope. We flag missing NPSHa, seal materials and included-item lists. We do not sign engineering drawings, appoint a brand-appointed reseller, or convert a catalog curve into a process guarantee.

| Supplier answer | We ask each quoting manufacturer to mark the duty on the selected impeller curve, name seal and wetted materials, and split included machine items from separately quoted shipping, installation and commissioning. For a self priming centrifugal pump, the fill procedure and suction-line arrangement must appear in that same answer. We do not treat a self-priming label as permission for unrestricted dry running. |
| Open deviation | Typical gaps are unsigned FAT scope, unspecified solids, unclear motor starting method, and back pull-out withdrawal clearance that was never measured. Those deviations remain open until the named supplier answers. This desk does not close them by inventing aisle width or chloride limits. The buyer chooses which quote to pursue. |
